What version of the JBCC is used?
Although we use the latest 6.2 version of the JBCC in the course, the principles, and most of the clauses are directly applicable to other versions such as the 4.1 and 5.0 versions of the JBCC.

Do I get a copy of the JBCC Principal Agreement?
Because many practitioners have access to a copy of the JBCC and in order to keep the cost of the course as low as possible, we opted to not include a copy of the PBA as part of the course. In the introduction to the course, we do however show you step-by-step how you can obtain your own reference copy directly from the electronic services of the JBCC.
Can I earn a certificate of completion?
Yes absolutely. But you are going to have to complete a short quiz on the JBCC to do so. It’s not that hard, but it’s designed to ensure that you got to grips with the course content.
